So, I'm not really sure when did this change, I'm definitely going to reread whole TOS on both Ncsoft and PayPal, but I just noticed this. If you use PayPal for subscription, where you use one time password to proceed, then the paypal is automatically saved under your Acc, and you can literally buy everything in F10 in game without needing to write your password to paypal ever again. Like...if I did not notice this and somebody hacked my account (and support gave them new PIN because that is how bad the support is) then they could literally swipe my credit card empty. Main reason why I started using paypal like 10 years ago was becase it requires Password for every transaction. So how the hell do you "save" it for further payments and even without customer knowledge or agreement ? That is kinda SUS and is on a balance of breaking some laws I guess.

Don't believe you, I run every dung every day since CTA and seen this only twice on EM. Moreover you need 1 item per stage 6 and for new accesories you need 1 to open. Means: Belt - 2 Bracelet - 2 Neck - 2 Glove - 2 Earling -2 ring -2 that is 12 boxes per char, now lets see how many you need for weapon, or for PVP accesories, now consider that you go from silversteel to uzume that is one more per accesory and sooo on. You literally need like 30 of those boxes

I'm not any specialist in programming, but my common knowledge is telling me that biggest problem comes from the unnecessary "additional damage". I don't believe that if I press 1 button to do 1 damage with skill, there is any need to have it split into 100 dmg from gem 300 dmg from other gem 400 dmg from pet, form neck, ring, glove, weapon , badge, modifiers, bracelet etc.. literally some classes can do 30 hits per second due to multihits. It must take big stake on servers and PC as every single infomrmation needs to be shown in either DPS meter/combat log or packaged through internet to server and other players around in an instant..

Not really, you still have Q E SS as other classes, stop making stories jsut because you got nerfed, many classes were nerfed, FM was siting on high position for a long, just enjoy mid tier for few weeks/month until next patch hit again.

Honestly breakthrough items should be added to shop for like 10 Sovering orbs..it's only breakthrough item not a legendary item ... making it cost 30 Sanctum cores, which is equal to 30 normal runs is just a joke. Also they should add chest for ores again, like wth 250 orbs for 1 accesories when they drop by 1 ?! I am not running 1k dungeons when boss now have 8 bilion HP and takes 10 min to kill

Regardless of drop where I have not yet seen any drop on easy since the UE4 start and only 1 of 10 runs on normal, we should be able to get it through vendor... @HimeWhy does breakthrough gear, which is needed for both of PvE and PvP accesories and dropped almost 100% time on normal made on UE3 now cost "higher" currency ? Why are we not able to purchase Sanctum breakthrough chest with Sovereign cores? I mean it's literally only breakthrough gear, do you really expect people to run 30 times 10-15 minutes dungeon because of HP boost, so they can upgrade 1 year old PvP accesories to stage 10 ? This must be a joke right? we need that chest like 5-10 times...

The frontier server was a pre-UE4 server which was canceled with UE4. Idk where you are getting two different UI ideas, but maybe it's time to stop asking for stuff from KR when you don't have information verified, otherwise you may ask something from CN elusive soon.

It has absolutely nothing to do with current event. Gamer are just getting toxic more and more every year, I saw this in WoW. People cried that there is no content and it's all easy. Blizz created new hard raid, nobody cleared it in 1 week and started crying that it's "too hard", blizz had to nerf it, they cleared it and in 2 weeks "there is no content .... " back in 2006-2008 people took weeks/months to clear raid, now they do it within week or riot. I have not yet run any hard mode so idk how is drops, but do you always get 5x scale fragment box ? Because if yes, then 6 people getting 5* box is 30 total, same as before, yes before you had 30 as drop but in the end it was won only by one guy, and even if you was rottating then you would end up with same number of scales as now? Only difference between then and now is that you can not stack it with enough gold.

Same here, no shutters good performance Mushin tower is exception, idk why but there is also like 40 NPCs under floor (saw some screenshots) so it also decrease fps a lot instead of just players.

Just because you lost your gcd and xml doesn't mean that bosses have higher def... idk how you get to that assumption, but I actually have higher burst than before. In dungeons you do less dmg since they have more HP so now you have to deal with mech instead of brain dead burst to top..

You people really need to upgrade your gears... I have i7 7700k and 1070 and my game runs sweaty fine. 40 fps during burst phases literally with zero shutters. You think 40 fps is not enough ? I have everything on 5 except shadow and some skills are on 4. I know myself that with such gear I have I should be playing on 3 max..so you guy run 2020 game engine on 2005 HW pc and you expect e 60 fps ? You can literally get better pc than me with 3060 in 1200€ range. Maybe it's time to save 10€ monthly and in those 15 years you could have afford it. stop blaming ncsoft due to your own faults....

True, without CTA event gearing as new player is trully pain, tons of gold and material wasted in grand celestial weapons...

I'm not saying you are wrong here, but I doubt it will be as bad as you make it. The whole problem of p2w is that there is no clear definition what p2w means. Due to this people trend to bend it as progress to win, or pay walls, etc.. There is only one description of pay to win But where do you write the line? What does "advantage over other" means ? Back in the time, p2w was if you could buy those "legendary items" with +999 stats, which were not achievable by any other means in game than real money Shop. Today people call p2w even if you can buy VIP that give you 10% exp gain... (Oh this guy have 1 level more, if he didn't have VIP he would be my level and I could win) WRONG! a person who can invest 12 hours/day to game will have more advantage over somebody who plays 1 hour, yes there was no real money involved..or wait, was there? Better job=more money =´better PC = better ping and FPS = more dps, no family/hobby = more time to play = advnatage Where do you draw the line? The answer is nowhere, you can not define p2w, but people are too lazy and uncaring to even read a references, they will watch 10 min YouTube review of "is it worth playing" then they hear "pay to win" and they leave with comment "I will not bother with this game" BnS: When you start fresh you will be most likely in very very bad position, no items, no material, no golds. There are call to arms events 4 times to year which can make you lower tier gear (with this gear you can access 70% game content) With C2A gear you can easily farm mid tier gear to access 90% of game content, while you continue to farm and upgrade from mid tier to high tier it will take you several weeks/up to half year to reach it. End game gear is unachievable purely as F2P, only if you have very good friends/guild to carry you through last dung/last raid to provide you with necessary material. You can possibly try to pug it, but there is about 20-30% items in game that are locked behind progress walls, such as Soul which needs about 160-300 oils, but you only get 4 per week, while by paying you can get more through RNG boxes during some events. - To answer the final quesiton, is BnS p2w? most likely yes, do you need to pay to play ? no, only if you want to progress last raid or play 6V6 pvp and due to how game works, once you reach high end gear there is not much difference between end game gear, you will 1-3 shot most people based on class once they dont dodge/block your skill. So end game gear is more like flex where you do 50mil dps instead of 25mil, but to clear content you only need 8 ...

I am sorry, but do you think we are id*ots? What "technical issues"? Was is a stream problem? There were half milion streamers online without any problem, moreover you posted on forum like 10 min before stream, if it was stream problem you had 10more minutes to fix it. You didn't even try.. Was it a server problem ? So then just do the dem stream and make an apology as a valid company...even Russia streams sometimes have "only talk" for 10 min streams, you could have at least answer few chat questions and move on. I'm really sorry but this kind of behavior is really unacceptable from customer point of view, I work in quality assurance so I deal with customer complaints on daily basis and if I ever had done things as you, then I would have no customer at all.

1) will players have more free options to modify simple mod feature or will we still be forced to use pre-designed skills in simple mode? (Note. Some classes have decent design, for others it's like 30% dps lost) 2) is NCSoft going to change their TOS and allow players to use some addons - such as UI design change? (Note. There are very many videos with very good graphic designs compare to original one, WoW is allowing addons for UI changes since the beginning, why not follow their example) 3) will the new UI bring more options, such as hide some of the party membera or quest logs, or make just specific window bigger/smaller? 4) is there any plan to make PVP more enjoyable, aka. Remove one shots from game ? (Note. Back in 45 it was fun whem people had to combine cc chain to kill player, now all you need is specific class and 100-0 one-shot in air, not even talking about 6v6 where some classes just hold rmb and do 1sec kills) 5) will the "grind part" be redesigned ? (Note. For example from 100 or 300 runs to like 20 runs but item would cost 5 times more, while it would get cheaper the more runs you finish? Make system reward people who like to farm, but also give an option for people who hate to farm specific dungeon) 6) will ue4 give more events for costumes ? (Note. There are so many costumes in the game, yet special offers just keep rotating like 10 of them.. let people have more opuetinity to buy other costumes = profit for you guys too.)

Hi, I have opened Greater Sanctum Bracelet Chest - Stage 1 and recieved a Warlock's Greater Sanctum Bracelet Chest. Yet the Wearlocks Greater Sanctum Bracelet Chest is missing a Thunder Rage Bracelet for 3rd spec. I hope this is a bug, since there is no description on the box, that it only includes two spec bracelets, moreover the original Stage 1 chest for Fortunate ticket did cost 150€... @Hime I would appreciate if you could speed up my ticket number #23731954, to exchange the Chest for Bracelet itself, I'm staying offline, yet no answer from ticket. Overreacting ? I work for quality assurance, in case of warranty I am oblige to finish the analysis in 30 days by norms/laws. Yet customer always push me to finish it in 1-2 days, even if the analysis includes results form external laboratory, they would not listen but keep pushing. So I don't see how is this different compare to my daily work with other big companies.. Keep in mind, that they know the issue since, becuase people told them right away, but yea they ignored it, then made "investigation", I would understand 24 hours shutdown in case that server HW would be damaged, in cause of database error because of 1 single item? Unacceptable.

Imagine you go to work to do regular maintenance, you finish and there is an issue and you be like "nah fq it, I will fix it tomorrow morning". This is honestly worse than when WoW had 1 week lags after expansion release. I do not understand why they at least didn't fix the issue for people that wrote their chars here on forum, I understand that to apply fix globally under emergency maintenance may take up to morning, but some dedicated staff could have at least delete the single item from inventory for rest of people who can't log in and left a post here. But nop, let's just leave some EU people loged of for 24 hours then run another 5 hours maintenance, that is how NCSoft deals with issue and customers.

CEST right? It's already morning here so FIX the issue. You are not really going to tell us, that NCSOFT can't fix an issue and are going to keep many people logged off for over 24 hours right? it has been 19 hours since start of maintenance, people pay for premium membership and so on. Taking day off to enjoy new 3rd WL class was my second mistake ever done, first mistake was that I even had any trust in NCSOFT and started playing this game, I must say that customer service is starting to get worse than gameforge and it takes a lot to be worse..
