Shrouded Ajanara Rankings Not Active for NA/Yura

Shrouded Ajanara Rankings say they are in preseason, unable to view the board and only my time was recorded, but no rank.

Apparently rankings are working properly on EU/Jinsoyun.

I was just about to make this topic myself and I have the same issue. This needs a fix ASAP for it cripples Mystic Badge and Amulet progression.

Just going to update and say that this is still not fixed after this week's maintenance, but is arguably worse. The ranking seems to be on now, but it appears that any character that cleared the dungeon on normal mode or hard mode last week still can't actually rank. F11 menu just shows "Your score is too low to qualify for ranking." despite me re-clearing hard mode with a better score/time. It also looks like any character that did NOT run the dungeon last week can actually rank now.

 

Not to mention that we (obviously) didn't receive any weekly rewards for the past week.

I can also confirm that it seems even more broken. Instead of being in Preseason, it just doesn't want to allow me to rank now, even with times that would very much qualify. The baffling part is this only seems to affect NA and not EU...

as of today, this issue only partially fixed for Yura if u have  not ranked before u can get ranking  however if u cleared him before even if u beat your Time to kill it still doesn't count.

Best part of it: This issue happened multiple times before (Hong/Mao). Little surprise they still make it happen.

2 weeks of lost rewards. Any words on this? @Green Storm I've got friends getting rewards, but none of my characters can't rank.

So when is this going to be fixed @Green Storm? Weeks without rewards maybe go ahead an make a few bundles in the store for everyone once a week until its fixed.

the top end of season rewards for ajanara are fairly significant.  Is this seriously going to slide by?

The failure to rectify this will be taken as intentional at this point. The progression of countless players has been crippled.

The new season works, however NCSoft owes players for the previous season which was broken for over 90% of the playerbase. Either give the rewards, or remove the rewards about 20-25 people got from the prior season as it is unfair, unreasonable and unacceptable that a few people get rewarded because they happened to wait while it was broken. I have extensive evidence that I am owed at minimum 120 Ajanara Emblems and 28 Grandmaster Emblems and many, many other players are owed the same.
