  1. It seems to be an issue on the NA server where the relics are just disappearing when you try to store them. EU doesn't have this problem
  2. Just going to update and say that this is still not fixed after this week's maintenance, but is arguably worse. The ranking seems to be on now, but it appears that any character that cleared the dungeon on normal mode or hard mode last week still can't actually rank. F11 menu just shows "Your score is too low to qualify for ranking." despite me re-clearing hard mode with a better score/time. It also looks like any character that did NOT run the dungeon last week can actually rank now. Not to mention that we (obviously) didn't receive any weekly rewards for the past week.

Outfit Sets: Shadow Shinobi + Hair and Mask (Outfit + Head & Face Adornment) Red Raider + Hood and Cape (Outfit + Head & Back Adornment) Butterfly Effect + Hair and Wings (Outfit + Head & Back Adornment) Sightseer + Hat and Glasses (Outfit + Head & Face Adornment) Head Adornment: Butterfly Clip Hair Illusion Weapon: Jasmine Illusion Weapon Shadow Shinobi and Jasmine Weapon Illusion were re-released in F10 last around 1-2 years ago if I recall. I think the Butterfly Effect & Sightseer sets were in troves from 2-3 (?) years ago, and the Red Raider set was in an RNG box before I started playing again around 4+ years ago. I can't remember seeing the Butterfly Clip Hair in my time playing either. On the topic of new items, there's actually a lot of various outfit sets (more than I can remember to name) that are missing outfit pieces compared to Korea like Head/Back Adornments, Variants, whole Outfits etc. Many of these pieces/outfits already exist in our client files, but were just never released to us for some reason? Maybe we can see some of these items properly implemented into our game version.
  4. As the title says. We had two events back to back that finally seemed like there had finally been a step forward and our events were brought more in line with KR as they got rid of the 2/account/week limit and finally gave more relevant items with a much higher cap for the duration of the event. Not to mention the additional rewards from Soul League per character per week while that was active. Yet somehow, here we are again, taking a huge step back to shafted and scuffed "events" with extremely small reward limits. The reward list just looks like an afterthought as most of the "rewards" are already obtained via Soul Boost or afk farming Darkweald. You guys do know we need literal thousands of these Vials/Packs/etc. to have a chance at upgrading our gear, right? Don't worry; after 8 weeks of event rewards, I can try upgrading my 2% upgrade chance Soul once! Oh wait. 7th Anniversary Gift can drop Skystealer Crystal chests when we're currently 2 tiers above Skystealer on Oculus and Starcross is what drops in easy modes. Really? I guess the one week premium is nice though. Somehow the Anniversary event is shaping up to have the worst rewards we've had from any event in months, and that's really quite sad. You guys should really consider revising the reward list before patch.
  5. Many of these have already been mentioned, but still: Do not remove or lower the amount of the current Weekly Wonder, Pet, and Sterling Crystal Chests. They are fine as-is. Remove the Fallen, Grand Celestial, Thornbreaker, Silversteel, Avenging, and Dragonfang Soul Shields. The PvE ones are terribly outdated and no one does PvP anymore. Replace the above Soul Shields with Shadow Fury, Poharan, and potentially even True Poharan Soul Shields at reduced costs vs the vendors just like the previous shields. Would be nice if we could select the specific Poharan/True Poharan shields instead of an RNG box. Cheaper Poharan primers would also be nice. Scale Selection Box exchange. Other material exchanges such as Fusion/Synthesis stones and Starcross Fragments. We need real amounts of these, not just 2 or 5 stones for the duration of whole events like we've gotten recently (some single accessory stages can take dozens of Synthesis Stones per RNG attempt) More than anything else, we need Gold chests. And no, not chests that contain amounts like 100g, 300g, 500g as these are borderline worthless since we have KR gold costs for our upgrades with a fraction of their daily income (a single attempt at upgrading my weapon is currently 1900g with a 3% success rate). These would need to be like 1000g at minimum with current gear costs.
  6. This is simply not true. My group isn't even close to being the "whalest" but we still have the damage to clear 11 without the damage increase from the gildstones. I'm certain that groups with actual max gear/stat players can clear these floors without them. That being said, however, there is surely no way that this can be an intentional change and has to be just some kind of oversight/lazy implementation for our region. You need additional gildstones of the same type in order to upgrade the base gildstone past +3 on top of the fact that they were farmable in Korea from Aerodrome and Ebondrake Lair on release. It makes no sense why they would be deliberately removed from our version, but then again, you never know with this company. Are you certain that this is the only way to obtain the Brightclaw/Shadowclaw Gildstones in NA/EU version or is it another case of the drops shown in CTRL+J not being updated like in the case of the Upsurge/True Upsurge Weapon Chests?
  7. Shot in the dark since it seems to be the common issue among all the people I've talked with. It seems like any character with the "Shadow Plume" outfit from Spring Trove can't log in.

Summary of a conversation I had last night with a friend, may as well post it here even though I may as well be guaranteed that none of it will ever be fixed or probably even considered beyond "looking into it." But hey, maybe I'm somehow wrong and at least one thing gets changed before people that haven't quit already do so. - Majority of events are legit just do dailies. Our content is log in and do the same daily train or spam the same Demonsbane dungeon. No to barely any variety. Boring. - $100 USD class change for western region is a spit in player's faces. Was between 60 and 80 USD at the time of release in KR depending on conversion/fees which is already an exorbitant amount for what it does. Not that I really expected any different from a company that wants to charge $50 for a level boost. - Gold income in NA/EU is horrible vs KR. Need same gold amounts for upgrades as them, but get less from dailies that they do and no Kaebi Village/ Daily Gold chest like they had. You guys put gold in as weekly Demonsbane reward, but unless you're at the very top it's an awful and frankly useless amount that you can barely do anything with. The distribution should have been far more spread or more generous at lower ranks as the players at the very top are the ones that need gold the least. - We need up to 5 times the amount of Synthesis Stones as KR for the same upgrades on our Skystealer accessories and we barely receive any from rewards/events. Why? - Gamebreaking bugs (unable to enter M'ao, ToI, PvP, etc) allowed to persist for WEEKS or MONTHS with very little or no communication regarding the progress in fixing them (PvP was silently fixed one week for example). ToI reward boxes and PvP anima as compensation. Nice. ToI tokens for the badges people get for free now from Soul Boost, and PvP anima for the gamemode that's now dead. Literally useless. - Speaking of PvP, refusal to ban a certain speedhacker/multi client griefer (and others) that plagued NA/EU 6v6, on top of killing rewards (removing HMC and replacing the rewards with useless crap). Literally left gamemode to die. You guys are adding the frenzy buff to 6v6 for the like dozen people left that likely wintrade for weekly fusion stones. Not a single incentive to play PvP anymore. - Remove HMC from PvP/ToI and put it in Demonsbane. Then nerf it super hard in Demonsbane. I get that people were ranking alts and raking in a lot of HMC, but it should have been cut down to top 200, not top 100 at worst, and HMC for higher ranks not touched. - Our Heart was changed to use Sterling Scales only, just like Korea, except we still need PTS + Elder/Nocturnal/Shimmering scales, things that they don't need. Not only was it made at least 5 times more expensive (Vial vs Scale price) in one patch, but now we just have a straight up worse and more grindy version. Not to mention that Sterling Scales are always available in F10 in KR, but they have been long gone from our F10. Why? - Speaking of F10, outfits rotate in F10 less frequently now. They used to be bi-weekly rotation if I'm not mistaken. Why? Given how much the western region generally spends on cosmetics in games, I actually cannot understand this change. You guys plan to bring trove back. In somewhat recent memory, there was one trove that was giving players a pretty good amount of gold. And then you nerf it. The one time, recently, that trove was actually worth buying because you were practically guaranteed decent stuff (at least gold) and it gets nerfed. Do we not want people spending on keys or what? F10 items need to be made worth to actually purchase. - Class imbalance. Why does the Dual Blade with less gear than me do five times my burst? Not a lot to say here. There's no classic "Tank/Healer/DPS holy trinity" in this game, so why is the damage difference between the top and bottom classes so drastic? I'd love to see how many people in our region reroll to Warlock and Gunner with class change. - Lastly, I understand you guys are trying to be more clear about the patch notes and upcoming content, but respectfully, the patch notes are always incorrect or incomplete in some way. It's not just a recent thing, it's been an issue for a long time, but it is a bit sad when our most correct and reliable source of patch information seems to always come from community-run Discord servers that look at patches from other regions. There's definitely plenty more that I didn't think of, didn't list, or don't consider high enough priority over what's already in this list and this is already pretty long. We always seem to get a worse and more grindy version of the game than Korea does (aside from their RNG upgrades, which BTW, we don't want). Frankly, the Western version is in the worst state it's ever been.
  9. No excuse for lack of a gear requirement still. Nova Core in particular is completely unplayable in lower games, even some higher games since everyone just does TDM anyway instead of pulling the middle dial, and obviously having these sandbag characters is an instant loss. If you don't have placements, good luck because it may as well be impossible to climb out of low elo with the insane amount of no gear characters mass queueing.
