@Hime Can we get any info about Sterling Scales where to get them and how much they are, if possible to buy? or do we have to wait for patch notes ?

Dont know if you will be happy with this...but it is a PTW item. Not like the current scales, it is a replacement for oils.

in Korea its only F10 Item so you can not Farm it here i think same

In Korea, this item is used to upgrade Heart and yes, the only way to get it is from F10 or buy it on marketplace for lots of gold. It is basically a P2W item, since the only real way to get them on marketplace is via the cash shop or paid battle pass. 

 

Keep in mind, that the article says that these scales are only used to upgrade post Dauntless tier. So until you hit True Dauntless... you are still able to do it with dungeon scales and sacred vials. However, you can use these new sterling scales in replacement for sacred vials to upgrade previous tiers... so yeah, this is kinda pay to progress faster and post Dauntless... gonna be P2W. 

 

In KR, Heart was always a full P2W item anyway, so I'm not really surprised it made it's way to NA/EU in a modified version. 

 

Keep this information with a grain of salt though, since we still don't know where NA/EU will acquire these Sterling scales. I would say take a good look on patch notes this Tuesday. Then we probably know it.
