Appearance Change voucher bonus - Unfair to loyal customers

As you know, only 3-month and above subscriber who registers in early July can enjoy the bonus Appearance Voucher. Anyone who is not in this range can bite dust for all they care.

 

This is a good move to attract new customers, but salt to the wound to loyal customers who unfortunately subscribe before the effective date. 

 

Let check about what they offer their loyalest customers who subscribe at least one-year.

Anyone with a currently active 365 Day Premium Membership as of maintenance on July 25 will be granted their four free Character Alteration Vouchers

Basically, as long as you are one-year subscriber, you earn full benefits.

 

Meanwhile, for their semi-loyal customers.

Anyone that has purchased a 90 Day Premium Membership between July 1 and maintenance on July 25 will be granted a free Character Alteration Voucher.

Anyone  who has 3-month subscribes before this date may feel dumb. While it attracts new customers, it make current customers feel unhappy and wonder whether they should subscribe normally or just wait for new benefits before subscribe again.

 

If anything, NCWest should have considered for a starting date that is at least 90 days before July 25. It means the starting date should have been be April 26.

^This. Not to mention how monthly subscribers don't even get to sniff the alteration vouchers even though they technically pay more for the service in the long run.

How is this unfair? You got a costume as bonus, no? Cancel your 1y sub and resub for 3m, I really don't see the issue.

 

It's a nice change, but still not enough to make Premium attractive again. Seriously, 1 voucher per 3m? How about giving Premium a big discount on vouchers from store?, like 50%+

Do you also go in the store and complain about something that gets sold with a bonus now which you bought last month without it and demand to get it? YOu got what you paid for complaining about it is just silly.

I think they should bring premium membership level back a player who pay each month 12€ is as loyal as one who spend 35€ every 3 months or 125 each year. 

you are only despising all those players who can not afford to spend 125 euros at once but nevertheless pay religiously every month.
