Hive Queen Wings account-bound on May 2?

Since the new raid is coming on May 2, does that mean that Hive Queen Wings will become account-bound just like Raven Feathers back then? Will VT get a nerf as well?

Even if vt nerf comes it will not make it pugable like it was with bt and bt nerf came together with hm lvl revamp which gave everyone an additional dps boost.
