16 legendary gemhammer? for what? for 1 slot?

 can you please make it 6 legendary gemhammers for each slot ? .... its too much. on f5 it costs 70g which is too much. why 16/22/30 legendary gem? please do something. 

 

if you refuse to do that, make us able to farm them

or transmute them through normal gem hammers = 5 gem hammers = 1 legendary gem hammer

Do they stay open if the weapon is switched to Raven or the other path?

If not... everything starts again and we need even more gems? :/

It stays. Once you hit higher gem slots than you have it will stay and next upgrade can only increase the number or keep it the same. It will not decrease

I had 5 slots from Ivory stage to 12 baleful and though to Raven 3. fortunately the last daily dash we had.. before this one.. I gained 23 legendary gem hammers for free.. basically..  so that last slot on the weapon.. happened.

Only because you are being unlucky, unfortunately. It has a chance to stay on the slots you have or increase.
