I could use some of your assistance im now thinking what is better Blade Call (v) or Phoenix wings (V) one is delayed burst dmg the other one gives an extra dmg to your RB, but for now im sticking with blade call cuz i rly didnt see big inc of dmg from Phoenix wings 

 

What do u think and what is better, and how it effect your pve

Neither does much damage, the only reason I use summon blades is because X in draw stance gives 6 seconds spam of dragontongue.

Right now, I'm using one point blade call because I'm only hm 4, and I need the skill points elsewhere, but I didn't really notice any change in total damage output after changing from Phoenix wings. and they all share the same cooldown iirc.

I prefer to use Phoenix wing on bosses who moves a lot like: Poharan, Jinsoyun 1st face, EC last boss...etc Cuz as soon as i cast blade call they move to another location and it goes to waste.

 

So for me it depends on the boss.

Hmmm u have point there as its not a fixed point dmg

Phoenix Wing is best to clear a lot of mobs (eg. Awakened Necropolis, Gloomdross). Though I prefer Blade Call for most instances.

phoenix wing adds extra damage to your dragontongue's when you use it during phoenix wing , so for fire bm's phoenix does more if you can get alot of dragontongues out while phoenix wing is in duration

PW is better all around.Don't underestimate the bonus dmg of Dragontongue from it. Its like 10-15% highter crits. And as peoples stated above,its more reliable than blade call if the boss suddenly moves away
