actually they can make that happen. i bet they just lazy to design panties for different outfit. some outfit have it different like

 

chronicle outfit for lyn female -> pink frill design

dreamcutter -> black design

strange allure for jin female-> red stripped design

others are just plain white or black without any design on it.

I have the sailor set for my summoners cat, I love temptations pantsu, but out of all the outfits, the school uniforms need to have the matching pantsu. We need to start a petition. Something must be done, this is more important than anything
