Same thing happened with my Gauntlets.

I cried a thousand nights.

Then threw all of my gem hammers at it for 4 slots.

Windshields are pretty cheap and easy to replace.

Don't be so narrow-minded,  he's making a relevant metaphor to this scenario. 

 

I honestly never got why they gimp your gem sockets in the first place tbh, regardless of the price for gem hammers it's still not okay.
