So a got grouped with some level 45

I'm level 35 with 5k hp and the difference in hp was about 20k-30k. holly shit why does 10 levels make such a difference? My soul stone is the black ram one so it shouldn't be that bad.

errr were u doing the right dungeon? also LV 45 Soul shields are a lot better then any other so yea they give quite a bit of stats

The moonwater arena set gives a crap ton.

If it makes you worry less, I was a level 41 with 8k HP (albeit with ~50% crit rate) for the majority of Sapphire Basin. HP doesn't really matter at lower levels so don't worry too much, however, if doesn't hurt to stop once in a while and grind for some soulshields - maybe even try fusing them (I'm at 12k HP with ~40% crit rate now as the mobs in my current zone [Highland Necropolis] is much stronger, and the 12k HP makes me feel a lot safer.).

As others have said, soul shield. Between poh and moonwater, there's a VAST improvement to be had.
