Merry Potter Moonwater Technique advice!!

I have been farming for the Merry Potter Moonwater Technique since the first day I reached lv 45. Now, as I count the amount of brightstone weapon chests I have, I have ran the Brightstone ruin dungeon for more than 42 times and I have not seen the Merry Potter Technique drop. This is really frustrating and I think the drop rate for the Moonwater techniques is WAY TOO LOW. Please consider to make the drop rate a bit higher because 42 times is way too much....

42 is not enough, you need to run it a lot more. The recipe drop rates are ridiculously low to gate content. They won't change it

You should run it with me.  I've seen it about 5 times now and I've been too poor to bid on it every single time (except that one time where I COULDN'T bid for whatever reason.. #StillSalt)

Roda you should run it with your clan more, then you can win it by default. My clan has been working on maxing out our crafters, we even make items in batches for people to advance weapons and such.

My clan of ~8 people, all but 1 of which are sub 45 X_X

Ah, That was my mistake. They will get max level eventually, we need to ride launch out for a bit anyways before new content. a few weeks to get max level shouldn't upset things too much

My clan and I run 13 times and dropped that recipe 3 times, so our clan was able to craft 30 a day.
