Disconnected Error

Ok so my friend keeps getting this error which is Disconnected from Server (1000)(132,00054) and apparently its suppose to be a regional error if you are playing from a different country besides America and Europe. However, my friend lives in Florida and is experiencing this error most of the time when he tries to go through portals. I have yet to find a solution because this is suppose to be a regional error, but he resides in the US. He is using a Dell computer running Windows 10 64-bit if that helps at all.

I sometimes have this too. I'll use windstride or go into a dungeon and get disconnected. Then i have to queue again OTL But I'm playing from Canada so maybe that's why...?

happen to me all day an i live in nyc. it happens between bamboo village an everdusk loading screen an some other dungeon entry points.

That error happen if you are lagging in game so it's a question of internet connection. Not sure why your friend in Florida would have that problem since servers are in texas unless he's on a satellite connection  or got dial-up. Shouldn't happen if he has broadband.

Many people this happening this error, including me. This is very annoying, not only disconnects you, but you also closes the game u.u.
