No there are several razer threads and that issue has been fixed. this is mostly about people who are still getting crashes and freezes even though they dont have razr. .......................Oh I see now that your post says rzr/ non rzr. Honestly I can not even fathom the level of incompetance happening at NC Soft right now. These crashes, bugs and gold spam is just absurd. I can't even play the game I paid for... I was able to play for about 3 days before that last patch but not since then. After multiple e mails to Tech support back and forth, trying out fixes all of which have miserably failed, this was my last e mail received from the 3 days ago. Obviously they have not come up with a solution so I guess all we can do is wait and hope that the next patch fixes the issues. Not much else to say, as the fixes which have been offered by the player base have worked for a few but not for all, myself included. I too paid Premium. Hopefully, they will offer some sort of "compensation" to those of us who have not been able to enjoy the game we paid for. We will see. Hope the rest of you have better luck than I did. My IT friend is coming tomorrow to check things out regarding this problem. Will keep you all posted. They say check out this thread where devs activly post about optimization, but there is no thread there its just a link to the forums. lame. But with this game crashing my computer...I just can't. I have been forced to play on my brother's computer and it *cricket*ing sucks. There have also been some rumors going around that they just don't care about us because we are only a few people with this issue, which I hope isn't true. EmperorPan Posted February 4, 2016 Share Posted February 4, 2016 I feel like this is a straight up pure ASUS problem though there may be a few non asus having it. I have a Asus g73jh-a2. Every other game runs fine but as of today, my game got a black screen, had to force restart it, then I got a white/grey screen with some vertical lines. Is this not being looked at by the devs at all? I just started this game 2 days ago and was really enjoying it but I will not play blade and crash anymore if it will keep *cricket*ing up my computer. I can't play more then 20 minutes and If I do the game will still eventually crash which is weird because I played fine the first week it was out. (Other then the long Q times.) I have tried everything in this forum and others for solutions. Possebear Posted February 5, 2016 Share Posted February 5, 2016 Hi, For those having major lag issues due to outdated laptop/CPU you gotta adjust your graphic options in the game. Click on "Settings" in the game, under "Graphics" tab and "Advance Settings". Untick every boxes and set all your graphic settings to 2 except for "Shadow Quality" and "Shadow Level" set it to 1.
