Ouch, game crashed (after internet shutdown) and then the same thing happened to me. Downloaded the patch, then clicked play, and nothing more but an "empty nsoft" box popped up.

Wondering if anyone has this problem as well.

I type in my email and pw and click "login" and the window just disappears.

 

Funny thing is I couldn't play all day yesterday due to this problem and all the sudden at night time it worked without me doing anything different.

 

I appreciate any comments. At least now I know is not me and customer support is telling me to try random stuff that clearly is not the problem.
