Just updated client now I cant run the client after loginning

Just now, the client crashed and when i tried to log back in there was an update so I proceeded to update the client but after the update I was not able to play any more.  I logged in and the client seemed to have closed entirely but left an empty ncsoft box

I am having the same issue. Game was running fine, then crashed (5th or 6th time its random crashed tonight) then requested update. Now it wont launch. Left with empty NCSoft box as well.

Same here. Game crashed for the 30-40th time today, and when I tried to get back in it updated to version 8 and now I can't play..

Exactly same issues here... Launcher is just terrible in general it always has been, nut now the client will no longer work what so ever.

Yep, game just patched, now will not launch.  Gives the name/pw screen, then lets you click Play, then nothing (task running in task manager though)

Came here to post about this but I guess I'm not the only one haha. I crashed (for the 5th time) and when I tried to login there was an update. Since that little update I haven't been able to get past the login screen. I login and the regular stuff happens, but then it never loads the big BNS logo with the dragon.

I am experiencing this some issue; Log in, hit Play , and nothing happens except the NCSOFT launcher minimizes into the smaller launcher window. The actual Game does not even begin to launch.

Same issue here. Logged out to run errands. Came back home, ate dinner, updated client. Launcher starts, but the game won't launch. Task manager does NOT show game as active on my system.

Yeah. Just crashed a few moments ago. Then I got the sudden update to 8. Once you start the client nothing appears but in task manager I can still see B&S running which is the odd thing. Wonder why this happened...

Yep same here, updated to 8, client won't launch but is still in task manager.

I can see the process running in the background (Blade & Soul by bloodlust 32-bit) but nothing beyond that.

The game shouldn't have interfered with your internet that's for sure.

The game crashed a couple of times earlier, then after the update i'm getting the same problem, no splash screen/game, but the executable stays running, using less than 20mb of ram.
