Same here, just bought the $75 founders pack after trying the game. AFter i spent $75 i had to apply the code then it made me update now i cant even play ><.

Had the same thing happen to me, running Windows 10. I noticed after the update to version 8, when you click Play Game in the launcher and the little NCLauncher Module comes up, Client.exe DOES show up in the list of processes in Task Manager, but as a BACKGROUND process. Very odd!

I just bought a founders pack to try this game out and it's kinda disappointing to start with an empty box and not even a notification that something has gone wrong.

You probably need to verify it within your account. On NCSoft's site, not in-game. It will apply the code and you'll get it through the mail afterwards.
