Candy Hearts missing from NA Login rewards despite being present in Europe

As the title says, claiming the login rewards in NA yields no Candy Hearts to use in the current event, whereas claiming them on the European server gives 2 Candy Hearts and 2 more for Premium members. Because Candy Hearts cannot be transferred between servers, this means that NA players are receiving fewer Candy Hearts than they should be, and NA Premium members are yet again being denied part of the service they have already paid for.  I've attached screenshots of before and after claiming a single day's Login rewards on the European server (the Chaos Emblem was from rolling Daily Dash once):

Not surprised at all. We've gotten no responses from staff here in weeks now, so this likely won't be addressed...it is a sign that this may be the last year in NA and possibly EU as well for BNS.

I honestly think bns has been put on maintenance mode and we wont even get new content in march.
