Summoner Knock down broken

There is a lock on the v key on my summoner and his ankle biter move doesn't work. Doesn't work when specing for surprise gift either. My friend's summoner is unable to use kd either.

For Summoner Thorns, you can fix that error by disabling simple mode while NC fixes that problem, as I show you in this gif: https://i.giphy.com/media/mLeSfAh7WGKfzG3iMP/giphy.webp

The game is broken for everyone, not just one person. In simple mode, summoner thorn KD gets deleted and the button has nothing on it. It has been so for over a month now. Why no fix?
