Should I use Unsealing Charms?

Hi, New player here and I'm confused whether I should use the Hongmoon unsealing charms for the necklaces and earrings from the Wheels of Fate and quests, also I'm level 38 if that matters.

it been a while since I lvled the last toon, but all the way up to lvl 60 HM 12 it is pretty much the best to use the rewards you have from story quest ("yellow quest"). I am not sure if those also need those yellow unseal charms, but if, yes use the HM ones 1st, as they are char bound.

Yes, you can use them, they are very cheap and will becomes useless at level 60, however, you don't have to spend time on Wheel of Fate since you will get all you need from Story Line (Yellow Quest) to advance further.

you need 40 to open legendary soul sheild but by then you will have 100s
