I get this strange error when i try to apply for code

 

1) We ran out of keys before we could assign one to you while you were in the queue.

2) You are in a country or region that is not eligible to receive a key.

3) A key has already been assigned to you.

 

Is what it tells me, is this region locked or are they actually out of keys already?

did they give like 10 keys or something ? or whats the deal ? is it limited?

I think the have some odd IP block and other methods to prevent ppl to get more then one key by using multiple accounts. Well ya all know those, trying to sell keys for 1k gold in game chat.

I'm actually glad that some people are trading these codes ingame, as I was experiencing the same issue not being able to claim a code through the steelseries website.. but this way I was still able to get the custome + pet, but for 500g
