New Enlightened jewels bug ?

After update the patch note says that we can use the new Enlightened jewels to upgrade certain accessories, Subjugator bracelet is one of them but it didn't let me use them on it, it only gave me the option to use the old Legendary jewels

Are they gonna fix this any soon ?

Hi, i was wondering when they gonna fix the bug of Subjugator bracelet as well as the Starfire gloves we can't use the new enlightened jewels to upgrade them as for now it's been 4 days after update and still haven't heard anything

Your inquiry was forwarded. However, from a lack of similar reports, and testing Enlightened Jewels upgrades on Starbreaker Bracelet first-hand, I suspect the issue might be on your side.

 

Can you confirm the issue is occurring for you on all the equipment you listed ?

And just to 100% confirm, are you also getting the issue on Starbreaker Bracelet ?

Hi, yes i have the first day of update, they told me the same thing that they will forward the issue but it's been 5 days and haven't heard any news that they are aware of this or gonna fix it any soon. Time is running against us as the upgrade event won't last long :/

For the Starbreaker bracelet and King gloves they are good, i will edit my first post about this

I have verified with the QA department that the Subjugator Bracelet and Starfire Gloves are not intended to be used with the Enlightened Jewels. We will update the information on the preview page.

Hi @Hyunkel,

I have verified with BnS community that NCSoft has given many incorrect announcements recently in every update. I hope those were not intended.
