The Way of the Kung Fu Master: Part 4 missing skill

Way of the Kung Fu Master has a step consisting of Counter>Open Palm>Guiding Fist.  The issue is that you can take the quest as early as level 15, or possibly earlier, but Open Palm is unavailable till level 18, forcing you to warp out and continue the game until you hit 18 and can go back to do the quest.

So what is wrong with NCSoft? This problem still remains after more than 3 months and hasn't been fixed yet. Do something!

you guys must understand that those quests were created back at launch when we've had a completely diffrent skill system.
Be glawd that it's even possible at all to finish the quest

The "bug" ist still ingame.
I just hit level 15. Got the Class Quest, but the Skill book says i unlock Open Palm with 18.
So its f*cked up and annoying to back paddle to the quest.

Also i cant bind Shift+W, because it automaticly unbind my normal Movement Key W

The skill you need for that quest is only available when you reach Level 18. My advise to you will be to proceed with the story quests till you hit level 18 and return to the cave to complete that quest; at least that's how I did it.
