You can do KD using 1-F (tripshot).

Yes, the tripshot should pop up on F when you use standoff.

i got confused with triple shots, but the tripshot is unreliable,  i need to monitor the number of hooks. all hooks are hidden and invisible until i hit something. i consider this is nogo. I cant use this skill in 0.1 sec.

As with all new skills it takes practice.  A lot of players are struggling and basically have to relearn how to play their characters (I know I sure the hell do = looking at you BD).  Go to Moon Refuge and practice on the mobs there.  You'll soon get enough buds to upgrade your talisman in the process and get your timing down.
