Lack of communication

So.. who do i contact now if i want to ask questions regarding blade and soul? I heard jonathan used to answer them but now the new producer doesnt even have any social media account. Like if i have a question from the stream where do i go for answers? Forums seems to never help cause the gms barely look at them

Their communication is better than it has been in months. You say forums seem to never help, yet you didnt even bother to look at forums, coz the very first pinned thread is about stream questions where staff members have been actively replying.
