Lost Continent Explorer’s Pack?

Ok, so whats up with the Lost Continent Explorer’s Pack? I haven't received it yet. I read through the BnS news again and it said you'd receive it when the update goes live, just like the Rise Of The Gunslinger update.

I know i signed up for it, thats for sure. Sooo, are they still working on it or is the update bugged? I've noticed a few things that had changed without warning, others were indeed calling it a bug. Also, I do feel as if the frame rate is a lot better. 

Can someone please explain??

You have to claim it from the main website's account menu. Like with promo and event codes.
