Is The Treasure event exclusive to premium members?

I opened all slots and bought 50x+ key. I took only Legendary jewel and other weapom upgrade materials. Is ıt a luck? (I havent premium)

 

Do gems or valuables items come only for premium users? My friend completed all gems with only 70x key..(Active Premium Stage10)

RNG is RNG. Some got it, some dont :D

It's all RNG, i opened up a few slots on one character and only gotten 2 crits total over about 50 keys and the entire run.. and i'm premium.

No they do not. I used 80 keys and got absolutely NOTHING. I think only 4 crits with best items being Dragoncall and Solar Eclipse. Other than that I got 1 evolved stone, 4 ornaments and 60ish legendary jewels and some soulstones and moonstones but nothing more than that. After that I spent few more keys getting couple more crits that were way better that time.

I only heard that people generally got better RNG with keys bought from NCoins than from HM coins.
