64 bit

I don't see an option to switch from 64 to 32 bit from the launcher.  It just launches.  I either have to download Win 7 Service pack (and I have no clue which files I'd need) or switch to 32 bit.  Okay....so how do I switch if the launcher won't let me?  Help please.

Should be an option under settings.  Tried 32 bit and was able to log on with sound.

yeah just click 32bit on settings, im playing on 32bit atm cuz 64 it doesnt work for me

when you open your launcher click the settings button up top. you'll see the option to switch to 32bit there

Yup.  The option is not there for me either.  So no I'm wondering if I'm running the 64 bit client.  Is there a way to tell in game if you are running 32 bit or 64 bit?

Try going to your install directory ncwest look for a ini file see if you can enable anything to get the launcher to update.

change the p2p from 0-1 or the selfupdate one i'm not 100 sure.

nope it didnt update. splash screen on load updated, game process now missing, gameguard updated.. but not the launcher.

You might get a access denied error if so just take ownership on the ini file before you save or overwrite  it.

The launcher should update then.

launcher doesnt update, option not provided. gameguard seems to have updated and is now running 64-bit and hides the blade and soul client process so i can't tell if it is running 32 bit still or now 64 bit.

Im not sure, works for me the first time i updated the game. I have an I5 6500, gtx 1070 and 16gb. If you can't find it then i don't think its your fault.

thanks. i confirmed i am using 64 bit gameguard but before it hid the client, it was still running "Client.exe *32". but now GameGuard has gone back to 32-bit

 

I wish they would make up their mind and fix things. how do you compensate for lost time due to faulty updates?
