Question about autohotkey

So, does anyone know if it is allowed to use ahk? For PvE only though.

ed: haven't used it yet. been lookin for the same question in forums/reddit, etc. but couldn't find any answer from admins.

What the books says:

Hotkeys for the use of rebinding keys to ONE action is allowed.  I.E  Rebinding "2" to your mouse side buttons.

Hotkeys for the use of performing MULTIPLE actions (i.e. macros) may not be used and accounts may be banned if detected regardless if used for PvE or PvP.

 

In reality:  It's your choice :)  I've seen people use them and get banned, and I've seen people still using them to this day.

Oh nvm xD I wanted to use like rmb+2+f, because the lack of crit. rate at low lvl is annoying to proc skills.

No because SS is an action by pressing S key twice so if you automate that it will become a macro.

to get this straight  i have 2 mouse buttons and i want to put the Q and E actions is this allowed?

Well you use them at your own risk. If no one reports you, then they don't care about it. If someone reports you, then they will check the screenshots and videos supplied by the reporters. It is difficult to show evident unless you forget to turn off your macro when you go to the chat and hit "enter".
