Can't link contextual abilities.

I want to link in chat one of my contextual inactive abilites (F) that are not always on my skill bar. How do I do that?

Can I make all contextual abilities assigned to F key appear next to eachother in a row? 

Can I change one of them to a different hotkey? 

I at least need to be able to choose which of them is more important and has the priority... 

If I have Howling Blast and Iron Shoulder active at the same time, I want to be able to choose which one I want to use. This UI does not allow it.

I am also trying to figure out how to link those in chat. As for the rest of your questions, unfortunately no there is nothing we can do about it.

2. Press Enter to bring up chat bar.
3. Alt + Left Click the skill that shows up in the UI.

do you understand that the prerequisite on howling blast is an OPPONENT using defensive ability?
