Will it ever be possible to server transfer from NA to EU

Or vise versa? I would like to move characters from NA to EU but I don't know if it's even possible...or if it is possible if it will ever be implemented.

Probably not. They are 2 different country versions. It's like you asked if NA and Korean Servers will ever be merged.

Moreover it would also be proplematic due to names, guild names etc. You can have Faline as a name on EU and on NA. Imagine you lost your name because someone on NA is named Faline and due to a merge your have to pick a new name.

The name of char or clan is the last of the problems. Mostly switching from a server to another requires more work than switching from a subserver to another; in this second option you just need to change a reference. Because of that I don't think it'll be available or if so it'll be really really expensive.
