Uncontested fraction - very unbalanced - Need attention

Before the server merge on gunma population wise crim was suppose to be high and ceru low but this was not the case as in bots filled the crim fraction and the player base was small leaving ceru with a heavy advantage in all open pvp. left unchecked players from crim side converted over leaving crim in a bigger disadvantage were all crims gave up on open pvp leaving players to farm ssp uncontested are no other than bots them selves flooding the market with moonstones and soulstones which other wise are suppose to be a fight to obtain in ssp. with the merge of servers more channels open up but all were full of ceru and we were able to control 1 channel for about 3 hours til the elite ceru geared players came and shut us down and the very little amount of crim lost interest. this is not how any world pvp should ever be like in any game. it not rocket science clear the bots from the fraction because in this case it would show the true population of the fractions. this problem is in need of attention by ncsoft to fix or allow it to ruin the pvp aspect of this game outside of arena. long story short ceru had complete control of the world before merge and still have complete control after. imo fraction reset would be nice

Yeah, that won't work either.

 

Ask NCSoft what happened to Aion, when they purged the bot population.... which forced them to do server mergers... which then forced them to spoonfeed the underdog faction... which then forced the game to go F2P...  which wasn't enough.

 

Go ahead, ask NCSoft what happened, and why.  Go ahead, ask NCSoft how many people got fired because of it.

they didnt ask for the bots to be removed from the game just factions.

Here's what they need to do
Age of wushu did this and they were EXTREMELY Successful

When you first pick a faction, you are greeted with a box of info stating legion and order are on equal ground in population.
This is a lie and is false in most cases.
If they did give actual percentages for factions numbers, we'd have a better time.
And so the argument comes, but there are bots.
Bots can not be removed as they are more than 50% of the playerbase, it's a fact. However, they have no need to be in a faction.
Ncsoft needs to do a faction bot sweep immediately, and periodically
Players need to be guided to join the faction with less players.

But who cares anyway you're insane if you think ncsoft even acknowledges blade and soul anymore lol.

Even without bots, factions will still stay unbalanced. Players can just join the stronger faction with their main and the weaker with 8 Twinks.

Also bots join factions because of the global chat (spammers) and because you are required to join one early during the main questline.

 

Guiding new players to join the weaker faction will actually make it worse as they will only find enemies much stronger than they are and they won't be able to complete any faction quests. They will either switch factions, quit the game or never do any faction quests again which will unbalance the factions again.

 

Faction benefits are mostly from pve, there is no benefit in engaging in pvp. Actually pvp lowers the benefit for everyone. It takes longer to complete quests and the total amount of Soulstones and Moonstones available is smaller.

There is absolutely no reason to join a specific faction except the outfit or roleplaying.

There is no benefit in joining the other faction, as resources are not limited by the faction you are in. 

An example:

If SSP would not be won by players during capturing but by NPCs and rotating between the factions (or random 50%), you would have a reason to join the weaker faction because you have a higher chance of getting loot during mining.

 

 

Age of Wushu factions are actually starting classes and limit what skills you can max. out. There is a clear reason to join a faction even if it's the underdog.

Events are rotating between attackers and defenders and faction activities are 100% pvp. It's not comparable in any way to factions in BnS.
