I was called a n00b and asked to drop group because I didn't spec grp stealth, later i specced it and never got asked to used it again.

It's nice when an assassin can solo one lane and do the Iruga skips but they are by no means "required" to complete the dungeon. 

 

After an experience where the group rage quit while at the final boss in Sogun's I never want to pug asura again. So much wasted time to not even complete the dungeon.
