I have one question, this item can be dropped or buy only in col storage?

I need it for upgrade my soul, And before the Patch can be droppa in avalanche, awakned etc... But The costruzione in col storage is Pretty much High 100 freeze orb, And can run this dungeon only 1 time a day, And drop only 2-3 freeze orb why this?

They can still drop on necro, lair and avalanche den (both 6man and 4man) along with cold storage. I feel like their drop rate has increased since last update as I've seen about 8 of them drop (3 of them from cold storage mane loot). In any case, you'll probably see it drop a few times before you reach 100 freezing orbs to buy it.

I think the drop rate has decreased from what everyone tells me through the game, being cold storage is once a day, thats kinda sad.

I got my first one from tainted lab, yes the blue dungeons can drop them as well. I usually see about 1 of these a week drop, I do all max level dungeons daily.

Im Very tired to spam a heroic dungeon and nOt still drop this f.....g Demon spirit Stone,  cod storage Give Less freeze orb, And its hard to buy the with 100 of this piece.

Give me this shit, i want To upgrade my soul.
