Rank 9 prem storage no longer working?!

I have been rank 9 since a little after headstart, and have always been able to use my portable warehouse. Now all of a sudden I logged in to claim my leveling prize and my portable storage no longer works...... Please fix this ASAP! as it's the only reason to even have prem!

It works, just a bit iffy at times. It being broken is usually associated with the same bug that "resets" your prem rank. Reboot client and launcher, and it's back to normal.

Yeah as mentioned it's just a bug that happens from time to time where you lose all premium benefits. You don't actually need to restart the client though. Just going out to the character select and back in again usually fixes it.
