Guys i found, i knew it was that *cricket*, it is Cortana from windows. ctrl+shift+esc (opens tasks), find Cortana process->finish it

I can't get into the game either, got the same error. Game runs just fine, so it's not a computer issue. Other games have reported Gameguard to have Antivirus compatibility issues, one of them was Norton antivirus. McAfee might be a problem, or maybe the game isn't checking files properly. Uninstalling Game Guard hasn't done anything, still get 4049.  I was hoping to use my free premium for a week to get my freebies, but it looks like I won't get the chance to.

Already have a sin somewhere around 46, would be nice to see him if it weren't for Game Guard causing the problem.
