Suggestion to eliminate the bot problem in arena

Private match challenges for ladder with a chat window that allows players to talk before the fight, and a keypad verification much like before character login, before the match. Also please allow infinite rematches in these lobbies so that people can just play. 

Bots would find it hard to engage because of the keypad and the chatwindow would make it easier for people to ensure that the opponent isn't one. 

Please also allow /mute function to disable this on the muted party so that bots cannot spam invites.

 

EDIT: Come to think of it, lobbies like before the dungeon instances could also work fine for these things.

A lot of the bots are monitored by people, so the keypad thing wouldn't help as much as it would just annoy the heck out of legit players. Your method would also be super abused for win trading.

Simple solution. 2 Arenas, one for subscription memebers and one for non sub players. Dont want to pay then play the bots, do want to pay then be bot free.

Simply make soulstones nontradeable == bots instantly don't wanna fight for beans any more thus no bots in arena :3

True too. at least make bound to account at the most.

I don't think account-bound soulstone will be enough. As long as there is a way to turn these soulstones into something tradable (like crafting Refiners and Moonwater stones), the arena bots still have a reason to exist.

 

However, it's not a bad idea. Here is an extra touch: Arena soulstones will be only be able to use for upgrading the equipment, and cannot be used in crafting and transmutation. Or they can still be used for crafting and transmutation, but everything created with arena soulstones are bound-to-account.
