Chapter 2: A Link to the Past and Present, bug upon entering the Twilight Cavern

I cannot complete the story line quest.  when my character enters the cave she gets stuck in the actual portal to the cave.  I have logged out and in and tried several times to get into the cave and repeatedly get stuck in the portal.

Thank you for contacting Blade and Soul Support Team!

Regarding your concern, kindly follow the steps below for you to move your Character into a safe location:

Login your account to Blade and Soul and Select your Character that is currently stuck.
Once logged in, Press ESC Button on your Keyboard.
Under the System Menu, Kindly Click the ESCAPE Button.
Please do update us if the issue still persist.

I don't give a f*** bout the escape option I want my quest done damn it.

they sure know how to make a player hate em more.

I'm having the same problem, I can not pass through the portal, and continue my mission history.

This has been a bug for a while now, if you just press and hold W you will slowly get through the portal and into the cave, takes ~30 seconds of just walking forward.
