problem persist

I uninstalled the game and I'm trying to install it again, but there is no progress on the installation bar, it's been like this for 2 hours and on this window nothing happens i already try install difeferent folders or hard disks,but not work too

same problem here, cant update launcher, i already try with admin acess,and nothing work
