Having same issue. Occurred shortly after I did a cross-server dungeon; unsure if it is related or not. My other clanmates do not appear to be having the same issue atm. My NCSoft account is also reflecting a 0 NCoin balance.

Also having this same problem; the window takes a while to open, balance can't be found and displays 0 on the website.

I consumed a Brilliant Venture Token when the Hongmoon store was down (note that I did not know the store was down until after the token was consumed), and my Hongmoon Coins did not get updated. I want my additonial 234 Hongmoon coin ;(
