Sounds like you pick the biggest server among them all.Just delete that character and choose a different server.To give you a hint some have no queue or less  then 30minutes to get in even if you are not premium.

I already know that i don't want to choose a server thats going to be completely dead later in the future

and um not everyone wants to start overrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

i've literally never seen anything that high in queue, what server are you on? gonna tell you right now, mushin, jiwan, and old man cho are ones to avoid if you don't feel like waiting for an hour or more.

Me neither and i have character in europe and north american and the most i have waited is like 20mins.Like i said if you want to stick to the most populated server you probably be better to take a week break while things settle down or try to logon at odd hours like middle of the night or in the morning.
