Not to be painfully obvious to the devs but wouldn't it alleviate 90+% of the confusion if you swapped the obscure (2000)(100, 10032) with "maintenance?"
And to the players asking what's going on, spend two seconds reading this thread, you'll figure it out pretty quick. Lazy.
