I want to transfer my character off of Mushin but

The game won't allow me to delete my character with the founders pack cause it has an item in the mailbox which I can't delete, it's the one that comes from the founders pack with the character alteration thing

Have you submitted a ticket to transfer your claimed master pack items and character name?

if not, do that before deleting!!

 

If you haven't claimed anything yet and you only have one character, try creating another character. /shrug

you have to create a character on a new server and contact NCSoft and put in a ticket for your name and founders stuff to be transferred and your original character deleted from Mushin. You can start leveling the new character while you wait though

But what if i want to use my old character name that i cant delete?

SUbmit a ticket, they're allowing you to transfer your items and names if you ask through support.

They will do everything for you.

You cannot until they process your ticket.

 

You create a character on Poharan (example) with Name2.

They process your ticket and:

1. give all items to Name2

2. Delete Name1

3. Rename Name2 to Name1

 

They do all that for you. Assuming you trust support which hours after announcement was still responding that they do not do manual transfers.... Good luck.
