@Green StormSorry for the ping  but wondering about this issue coming up. What will this mean for EU players who buy rng boxes and Trove and other things of the like. I am curious if you could provide some insight into how the teams will tackle this if it affects blade and soul.

ehh.....it will be tackled like everywhere else, they will remove loot box content from the countries affected meaning, if you are outside of EU you will have more options and choices to purchase items in the game store than in EU.

I cannot comment about a specific story but you should know that there's not much for us to do until there are actually laws or legal requirements to comply with (and we would review them whenever they are effective).

 

At this point, this is a statement of interest from the European Union and it starts a fairly lengthy process (I do not know how long).
