Sterling scale , rng and shrouded ajanara

I think there are 2 things that really need enhancements:

1) Making sterling scale something that drops in demonsbane challeneges for example and shrouded ajanara

2) Change back from rng to be normal evolve as usual before as it seems not fair, usually rng made many ppl quit or less likely to play the game as it is non-sense to evolve paying too much gold and mat for weeks grinding then lose them in a matter of seconds, either increase gold rewards like every event can have good gold rewards beside other rewards or decrease costs or remove rng generally in everything

 

Also other things that really annoys that the boxes drop from bosses in demonsbane challeneges in stg 5+ can give many rewards but usually it's the insignias, so, is this a real rng? or it's programmed more likely to give useless rewards?? like rng in dropping the gear and rng in evolving, ...etc as to give bad results most probably

 

Finally, shrouded ajanara is a nightmare for players who have 60 ms or more ping, can it at least have some window for failure in normal mode? like doing big dmg if failed one part and if failed both parts is wipe? also for the daily coins of shrouded, could it be rewarded with every dynamic quest? same for chaos supply chain?

It's intended to be once a day so you grind it until something drops. You can rng drop amulet and badge from normal mode. Prem users get 1 reset thingy a week from the prem tab. You aren;t meant to get the badge/amulet quickly from shrouded unless you put in the grind work of multi runs to make something drop. You're meant to take a while before you get both those items. 
On the subject of RNG we have it like this because it's like this in KR and they are trying to make us more like KR so sadly they won't remove the rng.
And in regards to heart frags, they are limited because they want you to slave away to be able to upgrade heart.

There's 6 sterling / week from dragon express, and more in daily dash.


Yes, heart was using vials before, and yes, we could grind oils by farming evolved stones, therefore max soul and heart on day 1.
You can't grind that nowadays, but thanks to story & soul boost you skip a few TIERS of heart for free...
