So i hoarded adventure pot stage 7 from event dungeon and its now worthless

Can I get my gold back if I ask support. Ran it multiple times to have enough to open slowly. And now it's worthless. If I ask support can I get my gold back?

Also i have tokens that say they are not expired but stuff you buy with them is no longer in dragon express please fix this.

You cant open them anymore as they are antiqued. 

 

Either way support will not return your gold.

I asked why not open when they got it from dungeon, you can't open any more I know that

the CtA I didn't know was effecting that pot too thou, mb
