Are you trying to launch UE3? You need to update to UE4.

Hi, this sounds like you may be running an outdated version of the NC Launcher which is probably trying to launch the UE3 client. It can sometimes happen that your pc will prevent the launcher from updating.

Please uninstall the NC Launcher and then reinstall it. You can download the NC Launcher here: https://www.bladeandsoul.com/en-us/download

You may afterwards have to install the new UE4 client if you haven't done so yet. Make sure to also uninstall the old game client to free up your storage space.
