Blade & Soul 3rd Anniversary Elder Cricket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Austria, Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), Finland, France, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and the 50 United States

Yeah, "European version". You should've included this info on the top of the main page post, so people from excluded countries (most of EU) wouldn't waste their time reading it, instead of hiding it in legal diarrhea.

I don't care about shoes that much, but if you're running European version of the game, you should at least include all EU countries.

Orrrr have you thought about that legal law in the other european countries prohibits such things and they cannot offer this in them? For example in Sweden sweepstakes are forbidden. And for example in Poland, the law requires them to be in the local language.

The province of Quebec in Canada is excluded because the law there is very very weird when it comes to US-style sweepstakes.
