How to change fullscreen resolution in BnS

So I noticed that when changing the resolution in-game in fullscreen, nothing happens and the game stays in native resolution of the PC. If you change the mode to windowed the resolution changes and there is a noticeable increase in FPS. I then decided to change the resolution from the desktop before loading and it appears to have changed the fullscreen resolution just like in windowed mode. I just wanted to let everyone know just in case it could help any of you out there. My cpu and gpu specs are,

 

CPU: AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core

Graphic Card: GeForce GTX 970

Yea this has been known for a while now that changing resolution in game doesn't actually change it. Just like the fact fullscreen mode isn't really fullscreen, its just borderless

You can press ALT+ENTER and the game will turn to true full screen .-.
