Costs reduced for GC 1-6 but nothing for Aransu 3-9. Mind explaining the logic behind that?

The logic is everybody is getting easy into VT content, and meanwhile TT is having more and more parties, specially since they nerfed it, now with  more nerfs incoming TT should be easier to clean and we will see more people trying to upgrade to grand celestial, so basically Aransu already got reduced a while ago, from 300 moonstone crystal per upgrade to 160 only or so, its a big reduction, if you are having VT Gear you can get the materials easy by now with all content game offers, another subject is, can you afford to play all that content?
